“Here comes the grandmother story.

It has been a couple of years since I urged my mum to have a Will set up but to no avail with the common reason “I don’t know how and what to include in the Will”.

In February 2024, my mum came across a young man (Xavier) who approached her at a bus terminal and asked if she has set a Will. When my mum told me about it, I was worried that he was a scammer in disguise.

Through Xavier, we were introduced to Jia Zheng, who is a Certified Estate Planner. After getting to know him personally through the various meetings, we were comfortable sharing our personal concerns and issues with him which he was able to give professional advices.

I have to say that we were impressed by his professionalism and maturity at a young age (which we were doubtful in the beginning), and he made the whole process comfortable and easy for us. We were glad and grateful that we finally have a Will drafted and endorsed in 3 meetings!
